In recent years, the problem of labor shortages has become increasingly serious for Japanese companies, and one of the reasons for this is thought to be a decline in the working population due to the declining birthrate and aging population. In response to this problem, the Japanese government expanded the acceptance of foreign technical intern trainees, and from November 2018, nursing care workers became eligible for the technical intern training system. K S T International Training Center is an educational institution that accepts foreign technical intern trainees from all industries and occupations, including nursing care workers. Our company aims to quickly develop trainees from various countries into human resources who can immediately work, and to become a bridge between technical intern trainees and companies.
Training organization specializing in technical intern trainees
K S T International Training Center is a specialized organization that undertakes training for foreign technical intern trainees after entering Japan. Upon receiving a request from a supervising organization and concluding a business outsourcing contract, we will be responsible for providing legal training for the required period of time based on the Foreign Technical Intern Training Program. At our center, life instructors and Japanese/nursing care instructors work together under the supervision of a manager to develop trainees. Our center not only improves Japanese language skills during the course, but also has a curriculum that allows students to learn about Japanese culture and lifestyle habits, and teaches general common sense in Japanese society in an easy-to-understand manner. In addition, to help students get used to living in a group at the facility, we provide thorough lifestyle management and provide guidance outside of class hours, such as daily cleaning and homework.
Facility introduction
The first floor will be classrooms and staff rooms, and the second to fourth floors will be student dormitories. The large room in the photo is on the 2nd floor, and the 3rd and 4th floors are private rooms. It is fully equipped with air conditioning, WIFI, toilet, shower room, laundry room, washroom, locker for valuables, refrigerator, etc. The kitchen and dining room are on the third floor. This is a dormitory with a maximum capacity of 80 people. There are shopping streets, supermarkets and pharmacies nearby. You can also access the Tennoji area on foot.
